Your privacy matters
A friendly explanation of what happens to information when you use RewardClass Schools.
Your teacher can give you lessons, homework, quizzes and challenges. You can see your progress, receive feedback and earn School Points.
What do we know about you?
Your school or teacher may add your display name, username, class and year or grade group. When you use RewardClass, it may save your completed work, quiz and challenge answers, scores, feedback, points and awards. It also needs some information to keep your account working securely.
Why is that saved?
So you can sign in, find the right learning, complete tasks and see your progress. It also helps your teacher know how to support you.
Who can see it?
You can see information in your pupil area. Your authorised teacher and relevant school staff can see what they need for your learning and class. People who run RewardClass may need limited access to keep the service working or help with a problem.
Things you should know
- You do not need to tell RewardClass your home address to complete normal classwork.
- RewardClass Schools is not designed to follow your exact location.
- Your pupil information is not meant to be sold or used to show you adverts based on what you do.
- School Points are for encouragement — they are not money.
- Ask your teacher before uploading anything personal or private.
What if something is wrong?
Tell your teacher, parent or carer. They can help you ask for information to be corrected, or find out whether it can be deleted. Children have privacy rights too, although some records may need to be kept for school or legal reasons.
Can I ask a question?
Yes. Start by asking your teacher or a trusted adult. You and your family can also write to privacy@rewardclass.com.
Schools usually decide what class information goes into RewardClass and may be your first contact for a pupil record. For more about lawful bases, service providers, country transfers, retention and rights, read the full Privacy Notice. UK, US and other local legal requirements may apply depending on where the school is located and how it uses the service.
